Time to go...

Our last entry in this blog is a picture of the whole campsite just before the closing ceremony.

During the ceremony the leaders who organised the six main programme areas were thanked by the assembled participants. All the other leaders and helpers who somehow contributed to the organisation and running of the camp were also thanked.

The Wall

Today we strike camp, however the mural that was created during "The Wall" activity was hung next to the campsite office for everybody to see.

Kumbaya

The second full day of activities ended with a campfire. Despite the very informal and sometimes chaotic atmosphere, Leli our energetic (and very hoarse) MC kept things flowing... By the end of it we were all knackered.

Bridges

We heard Mass in the Arena courtesy of Fr. Briffa, who discussed the camp's theme - Building Bridges through Scouting.

We told him to cook chicken... he insisted on spaghetti... the rest is history.

MUD !

Challenge Valley presented its own set of challenges to our participants... and we discovered that good old mud can be theraputic in many ways :)
